Set up your own AI assistant to help run your life.

I help you build a personalized AI assistant that keeps you organized, can plan with you, remembers your goals, and fits how you actually live. No technical background needed!

LifeOS is a guided setup service, not another productivity app. You own all your accounts and data.

Megha, founder of LifeOS

Hi, I'm Megha!

I built LifeOS because I wanted to build a highly personalized life management system that grows with you, and because I wanted to help people build a system that supports their real day-to-day life.

Who this is for

Multi-passionate people pursuing a lot of goals who want AI in their life, but are too busy, too tired, or too new to AI to set up a thoughtful system by themselves.

You will need

Claude Pro, about $20/month. A computer. A willingness to learn basic AI workflows.

You do not need technical experience or previous AI experience.

What it can help with

Daily planning

A morning email or text with schedule, priorities, reminders, and the next right step.

8:30Team sync
11:00Finish application draft
4:30Gym or tennis
7:30Dinner with Tara
Reminder: credit card bill is due today. 5 emails still need replies.

Goal tracking

Break big goals into milestones and connect them to daily habits.

Goal: lose 10 lbs12-week plan
Week 1Week 4Week 8Week 12
Steps10k/day
Protein110g/day
Gym4x/week
LifeOS turns the goal into habits, then checks progress in your briefing.

Communication

Your AI assistant will learn your writing style from past emails and create drafts for responses that you can edit or just send.

Subject: Quick follow-up

Totally works. I can send the updated version by Friday and will include the notes we discussed.

ToneWarm, clear, and not overexplaining.

And so much more...

How it works

The product is not just setup. It is a loop: setup, usage, reflection, improvement, repeat.

01

Apply

Tell me what feels overwhelming and what you want AI to help with.

02

Map your system

We map your goals, routines, tools, recurring friction, and the places you want AI support.

03

Set up LifeOS

I turn the deep dive into prompts, setup instructions, workflows, and practical assistant routines.

04

Use it

You run your days with the system: briefings, planning, goal tracking, drafts, reminders, and decision support.

05

Audit and improve

We review what you use, ignore, avoid, or outgrow, then tune the system so it keeps getting better.

LifeOS helps powerful AI workflows feel personal, practical, and easy to begin.

LifeOS is for people who suspect AI could help, but do not want to spend weeks figuring out prompts, folders, routines, and integrations on your own.

Pricing

Beta is free; after beta, LifeOS will have a one-time setup fee plus $10/month for ongoing audits and improvements.

01

Beta users - FREE

April 2026 to July 2026. Setup and monthly system audits are free while the service is refined with a small group of hand-selected early users.

02

One-time setup fee

Price pending. This will cover the initial deep dive, system design, workflow setup, and personalized assistant instructions.

03

Monthly subscription

$10/month for ongoing audits, improvements, and tuning after the setup is complete, including leveraging useful new AI capabilities as they emerge.

This helps LifeOS grow with you and your goals through the core loop: usage, reflection, improvement, new capabilities, and repeat.

Apply for beta

Share what you are carrying right now and what kind of support would make your days feel easier to run.

Beta runs April 2026 to July 2026.

The beta is deliberately personal. I hand select from applications, choose good-fit users, and follow up manually by email.

FAQ

A few grounding answers before you decide whether LifeOS is the right shape of support for you.

What is an OS?

You have probably heard of iOS, the operating system on an iPhone. An operating system is the layer that helps the parts of a device work together: memory, storage, apps, files, and permissions. LifeOS borrows that idea for your life. Instead of making AI remember everything from scratch, we give it a structured place to understand your goals, projects, routines, reminders, and open loops.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The whole point is that I help translate your real-life needs into AI workflows, prompts, folders, and routines that are usable without a technical background.

If you are interested in the technical side, we can review it during our initial call. Your plan is customized to your needs and interests.

How does LifeOS work?

LifeOS uses Obsidian as your AI-readable second brain and Claude as the friendly assistant layer that helps you act on it.

What can we build?

Daily briefings, goal trackers, inbox workflows, planning dashboards, and custom systems for the way your life actually runs.

Do we have to use Claude?

Claude is the recommended starting point because it is approachable for newer AI users. Your core LifeOS context lives in Obsidian, though, so the system can adapt if another AI tool becomes a better fit later.

What happens after setup?

You use the system in real life, and it is set up to run a monthly self-audit on what is working, what is getting ignored, and where the system feels clunky. It sends me those details, and I provide a monthly update to improve and tailor LifeOS to your needs.
